This salon I would suggest never ever book for your big day or for any special events before booking they promise they will give you the look whatever u will ask for but on the day of your events they will tell you that it's not possible with this Makeupbrand then they will overcharge you. And Jyoti and one more lady is there both are so annoying if we ask the what complimentary you are giving they will say we r giving 15% disc that's it and their tone isn't good when they talk with the customers and also I rented jewellery and they misplaced the sheesh patti with the other one and they were not even ready to talk about that. Seriously, they got no manners to deal with the customers. The 2 stars I've given only because of makeup artist because they're nice n polite but these ladies who deals with customer are not good.

Worst bridal makeup experience ever. The makeup started spoiling within an hour, even though they promised an 8-hour guarantee. Very poor quality products used despite charging a high amount. My special day was completely ruined. Highly unprofessional service. Would never recommend this place to any bride.

We had a mixed experience and I am relaying the points here: First, the staff was very supportive and friendly and my wife absolutely loved and adored them. They made her feel comfortable and experience with them was delightful. Second, the make up that was done was sound and magnificent. She liked both the make ups and applauded the work of artists. Third, the negative part of our experience was the sudden package of make up that was suggested to us when we reached there. We had had conversation with one of their representatives and we had great conversation and experience with her and she had suggested us a package of around 3.5k for party make up and that of wedding reception ranging from 12k to 15.5 k so we were mentally prepared accordingly. But when my wife reached there, the artists there suggested her make ups of 7.5 k and 23k respectively, a huge difference from the initial rates. Now, she received this information at the last moment, during make up itself and not much time was left for us to take informed decision on it, and this is something which left a bitter taste in our experience. Such huge difference in what was suggested during booking and during the time of work confused and affected our trust. Despite good work and friendly staff, this was something which left our overall experience negative.

My experience with them was pathetic as they didn't provided accurate information for the bride makeup and made a chaos for the same day by increasing the price range that we were informed. I opted for party makeup and the makeup artist didn't put efforts to blend my makeup properly and made me look like a complete different person. Even my sister's makeup was looking horrible on her face. I am never going to book She n Me again for makeup looks. Thanks for ruining my makeup for the special day.

So nice,,,My service was done by Make up by,,Jiya Hair Do by Varsha & Saree drapeing by Chanchal They all were really awesome... But they do make up only on your face..the neck area was apparently looking v.v.different from the face..I said to maintain that at least with powder,,but she didn't do & said as per packeage I can do only this much. The good thing was they offered me coffee twice & it was tum. Ambiance is very good for pictures.. The staff were really kind & soft spoken but I was little disappointed for my neck & arms & hands colour...you can see the difference in the pictures too,which I have posted.

Very worst experience. They just scam customer by showing discount which they actually didn't give. They force you to take their products once you give them advance money.. They will not provide any accessories. I had experience of engagement makeup. They show the price just 5,500 and 7000 but took 25000 after booking.. as facial of 10k and facewash etc of 5000 plus makeup of 10k at the last moment.. they just scam customer by fake discount.

this was my second time visit but i really had worst experience.. i had keratin treatment done on my hairs…which they claimed will last for 6 months but it did not last even after first wash and at the time they were convincing me to have keratin treatment they said will use gk product..but when most of the procedure was done i overheard the persons who were doing keratin on my hairs said that they are not using gk product..they charged hefty amout from me and i am really disappointed i am posting the pic of my hairs just after two washes that too one w/o shampoo and one with shampoo which is sulphate free.. they just did fraud over me really disappointed
