On my recent trip to varanasi my cab driver took us to this shop forcefully (don’t know what links they had). After selecting this saree and checking it thoroughly (it was perfect) khanna (shop owner) told us that he will send the saree to airport next day after polishing it. We paid and left . The next day he gave this directly at the airport. After checking it in Hyderabad it was damaged.He asked us to send it back and told he will refund. After sending the saree parcel he is refusing to refund and after lots of conversations and arguments he agreed to send the SAME SAREE back .In turn he is blaming it as our fault. He is very rude in talking and very arrogant . Never trust them . Worst shop ever
