Kudos to the team at KSDD for their great service, both at this venue and in Gorakhpur overall. I had ordered lunch from KSDD through Swiggy, but unfortunately, the wrong item was delivered. While Swiggy admitted the mistake, they refused to give me a refund and only asked me to rate the restaurant. I then searched for KSDD’s phone number and got connected with Mr. Vansh from the management team. He put me in touch with Mr. Yuvraj at the Shahpur branch. Both of them were very helpful and kindly arranged to deliver the correct item to my place free of cost.
