THEY FORCE CUSTOMERS TO GIVE THEM 5 STAR REVIEWS TO GET THEIR RATINGS UP! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. DON'T TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! THEY DID THE SAME WITH ME WHEN I BOUGHT A LENOVO LAPTOP HERE 2 years ago! Today I went to get my laptop repaired from an authorised Lenovo Service Centre and found out that it's warranty was started 7 MONTHS BEFORE THE DATE OF PURCHASING. I have the original GST invoice with me. I informed about this to Lenovo customer care and they told me to always buy from an authorized Lenovo dealer who sells ONLY Lenovo products and not products from other brands. I found this out the hard way. Warranty on Lenovo laptops gets activated automatically after 3 months from the date of manufacturing but when you buy from good authorised dealers, they will re-activate the warranty when the Laptop is sold. But some multi-brand sellers like Jwala Distributors would cheat the customer and won't re-activate the warranty and will neither tell you that the warranty has been activated months before and then would try to sell you an extended warranty at higher rates. However seeing the reviews of other scams they do, they probably sold me a refurbished product and if I bought the extended warranty/insurance they were trying to sell me, that would've definitely led to a scam as other 1 star reviews have pointed out.
