The makeup was natural and looked good, and I appreciated that it didn’t change our features too much. But when we asked for small changes, even with the bride’s look, the response wasn’t as cooperative as we expected. Their makeup skills are good, but the hairstyles felt a bit outdated and artificial. They don’t really take the time to ask what kind of look you want for your big day. It would be helpful if they checked in about preferences, like whether you prefer nude lips, smokey eyeshadow or specific hairstyle. They did follow the hairstyle I suggested for my sister, but when I asked to fix a few small things, they seemed frustrated. Also, they take many bridal bookings on the same day, so be prepared for long waiting times. My session took around 5 hours, even though it could have been done in about 2–2.5 hours. Since we pay a lot for our big day, we naturally want things to be smooth and perfect. Overall, the makeup was good — just sharing my experience so others know what to expect.
