Been going there for maybe 2 years now. Julie is amazing at nails and does fantastic nail art. Always get loads of compliments. I have also had Waxing done by Sheila always maps out my eyebrows and they are always perfect. Would highly reccomend. You can also book online through Fresha which is very handy.
Very Disappointed with Lash Lift and Customer Service I booked in for a lash lift at Glow Up Salon (€55) and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the results. My lashes were barely lifted at all — despite following all the proper aftercare — and I’ve had lash lifts at other salons before with much better results, so I know what to expect. I reached out to the salon to express my concerns and asked for a partial refund. They initially said they would get back to me, but never did. I followed up again and have since been completely ignored. Really poor customer service and not the standard you’d expect for the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re considering a lash lift.
Having had many visits to Glow, this one was disappointing. I had an appointment made for 1pm for Shellac on my lunch hour. I was still sitting in the waiting area stiill at 1.20pm and had to leave as there was not enough time. I was having them done for a family wedding and luckily got in to another lovely salon this evening. I made this appointment ahead to be organised and business's should look after their loyal customers.
The best nail salon in Bray! I always get the best treatment when I come here. Zoe does an excellent job every time with my nails and feet and she is lovely to talk to. The BIAB I get has worked so well on my nails, really strengthening them. I always look forward to my appointments here.
Had a very poor experience getting BIAB. Cuticles weren’t done and the BIAB was very patchy. I sent photos and Management acknowledged the standard wasn’t good but then stopped replying to my emails when I requested a refund - terrible customer service. The photo below was taken immediately after leaving the salon when I noticed how awful they were in daylight. The staff are all really nice so it’s a real shame for the customer care to be poor.
I’ve been going to Glow Up for several months now for Shellac nails, and can’t believe how much they have grown in length and strength! I’ve had shellac in so many other salons but will never go anywhere else but Glow Up since finding them. Salon is spotless and staff are so friendly. 10/10
