Some stands of my hairs were uncut like they were in full length. Apart from that, they give appointment time but still kept me waiting for more than 40 min.

Worst experience ever- Total waste of money. I went along with my sister to get a haircut. They treated my hair like a group project, three people doing whatever they liked. My hair didn't look at all like the reference photo I showed. All they did was trim off random pieces and UNNECESSARILY using heat on my hair WITHOUT PERMISSION AND WITHOUT HEAT PROTECTANT. The staff was DISMISSIVE of my concern regarding hair damage from all that blow drying saying ek baar Mai kuch nahi hota.I was there for a haircut not to get my hair straightened. The reason they gave was that the hair needs to be straight to be cut. Really? I don't think so. My sister had breakage in her hair and already straight hair still they used blow dryer on her(A LOT OF BLOW DRYING) hair as well then proceeded to try selling shampoo to her. Do not go to this salon. 0 stars.

Visited your salon for hair coloring and some treatment called botox. I was worried about the results as I visited for the first time at this salon. Finally they have done my color and the treatment which was very nice. Highly recommended.

I am very much disappointed with services provided now.. they don't even care about the style we need and will do just opposite of what we have asked...they cut my hair so short even after I requested them not to do so now I will have to again wait for sonoong to get that length back.. I wanted a wolf cut but they just did layers and my style did not even change slightly I went back with the same look I entered but with shorter hairs... Niranjan don't even care for customer's need...it has become so overcrowded that they don't even give proper time to the customers... 4 different hair stylist worked on my hair for few minutes each and lastly Niranjan did the blunder..he even did not pick my whole hairs which were falling on my face and was busy looking here and there...I really worked hard to get that length and wanted a good hairs style on it now I will have to accept that blunder and get emotional torture as we all know what our hairs matter to us.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SHORT HAIR CUT- the so called Sir/senior expert can totally ruin ur hair with irreversible damage. Most of all he will not ask ur for length but will oversmartly and overconfident deliver what he wants to...ridiculously hair cutting. Happened with 2 family members. These guys just dont know haircutting. Styling coloring ok but no hair cutting. Save yourself

I have never written such a negative review before but what happened to my hair at this salon deserves to be known. I trusted them with something as personal and important as my hair and Niranjan completely destroyed it. I walked in with clear instructions on the style I wanted. I walked out looking nothing like what I asked for. The cut was uneven, far shorter than I agreed to and had absolutely no shape or style — just a careless job. I was shocked but Niranjan didn’t even show the slightest bit of concern. What’s worse? The arrogance. No apology, no effort to fix it, no accountability. Just an attitude as if my disappointment was my problem. I have to now spend months, maybe years, growing my hair back and dealing with the emotional frustration of seeing myself in the mirror. I feel completely cheated, not just of my money but of my trust and confidence. If you value your hair, your time or your peace of mind stay FAR away from this place. This wasn’t just bad service; it was sheer carelessness and disrespect toward a paying customer.
