I took a bridal makeup, all my prebridal services, groom makeup and a party makeup for my wedding. I was happy with my prebridal services but was highly dissappointed on my Wedding day. I am giving these 2 stars for only Divya's good behaviour and dedication towards her clients. Their facials and holistic treatments were good. But my bridal makeup was very dissappointing. There is a serious staff crunch, they expect to do a lot with just one Divya and one severely under trained and confused staff. Both mine and my husband's makeup melted off after an hour, which came as a shock especially after taking their best makeup package and informing that we both sweat a lot. They wanted to compensate it with a free makeup session for any of my upcoming events, but there is no compensation for a ruined wedding day I suppose. My experience here was overall very poor.
