Extremely disappointed with this salon. I had taken a treatment from here earlier, and on one simple request for a hair wash, they completely denied it—even though the salon was open. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. When you take a service from a place, you at least expect basic support afterwards. I strongly advise others to stay away from this salon. They do not care about customer service once the payment is done. Absolutely not recommended!
