One of the pathetic salon with high prices and worst services. One can get the better experience at normal beauty parlours. My brows are ruined whatever shape I had is totally changed. I could write a paragraph here but that would not bring my money back and my eyebrows. Really disappointed. Won't even consider this salon with free of cost offers. Have never ever written any review but this one deserves to be published on internet.
I visited Geetanjali Salon (George town, medical chaurah) on 23rd May 2025 for eyebrow threading and a hair spa. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, I developed a raised lesion near my eye, which was later diagnosed by a dermatologist as molluscum contagiosum — a contagious viral skin infection. This was deeply distressing, and based on the timing and location of the lesion, it’s likely due to poor hygiene practices during the salon procedure, particularly threading. I’ve had to undergo medical treatment for something that could have been easily prevented with proper sterilization protocols. I expected a reputed brand like Geetanjali to uphold strict hygiene standards, especially for facial services. I urge the management to look into this matter seriously and ensure better infection control measures are in place to protect other clients. I’m sharing this experience to create awareness and help others make informed choices.
Amazing experience at Geetanjali Studio! Had a haircut, pedicure, and facial - all were flawless. Staff were gentle, attentive, and truly caring. Highly recommend! Shout out to Imran.
I had a hair cutting and eyebrow threading appointment here at Geetanjali Studio. The hair dresser Mr. Rahul had given a great shape to my hair and the other executive Mrs. Ratna gave a good shape to my eyebrows. I really enjoyed the services provided by them. Thankyou ✨ so much.
