I visited Geetanjali Salon today for multiple services, including a haircut, beard trim, head massage, and a pedicure. While the initial services were satisfactory, my experience during the pedicure was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The pedicure staff applied a mask to my feet and informed me that it would take approximately 10 minutes to dry. However, even after waiting for 20–25 minutes, no one returned. It later became apparent that the staff member had left midway to attend another client without informing me or arranging an alternative. Eventually, I had to start removing the mask myself, after which another staff member stepped in and said he would continue the service since the original person was busy with another client. What was most concerning was the complete lack of communication and responsibility. The staff member did not inform me of the delay, nor was any timely arrangement made to ensure continuity of service.When I raised this issue with the manager, instead of addressing the concern or offering an apology, the manager defended the staff member and implied that it wasunreasonable for me to expect professionalism. Such a response was dismissive and unacceptable, especially from a salon that projects itself as a premium service provider. This incident reflects poor service management and a lack of basic courtesy toward clients. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to avoid similar experiences in the future.

I have been visiting Geetanjali for very long and have taken many services here. It has been a wonderful experience. It is my first time getting hair colour done. I got the Loreal Global hair colour done and Kasim had assisted me throughout and was responsible for the colour and haircut. I must say I was not very positive about hair colour initially but he did an amazing job and my colour turned out to be wonderful. Kasim guides you and advices correctly about your hair health. The complete staff is supportive. Will definitely recommend to someone who is looking for hair colour or haircut.
