The quality and taste of the food are consistently excellent—your commitment to delicious, high-quality offerings (especially items like the Paneer Chilli and various biryanis) is highly commendable. The affordable pricing also makes it a fantastic destination for families and friends. However, the major area where the Food Factory experience could be significantly improved is in crowd management and service efficiency, particularly during peak hours and weekends. Currently, the popularity of the Food Factory seems to outpace the operational flow, leading to two main issues: Overcrowding and Long Wait Times: On peak days (like Sundays), the common seating areas and ordering counters become extremely crowded. The wait time between placing an order and receiving the food can be quite extensive. This can often lead to a less relaxing experience as customers spend more time waiting than enjoying their meal. Service Speed: While the staff is friendly, the process from card charging to order fulfillment often feels sluggish. The speed of service at many individual counters needs to be optimized to match the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) format advertised. Constructive Suggestions for Improvement: Implement a Better Queue System: Consider using a token system with larger, clearly visible digital displays to manage the order queues for various counters, minimizing crowding around the pickup points. Increase Staffing on Peak Days: Deploying more kitchen staff and runners on high-traffic days, especially on Sundays, could drastically reduce the order preparation time. Food Factory is one of the best places for a friendly outing and long chats. I’ve tried many of their dishes over time, and the taste has always been good. It’s a self-service restaurant, and my absolute favorite here is their dosa — I order it most of the time. The atmosphere is pleasant and makes you want to stay and enjoy your time. Highly recommended for casual meet-ups with friends.

The dishes served here are up to the mark when it comes to the taste. The only thing I don't like is the huge number of people visiting which takes lots of time for the order to finally come to your dining.

This place has a fantastic atmosphere. Various counters offer a wide range of food options. The ordering process is straightforward: simply take a card, recharge it, and enjoy whatever you like.

Yes this is a beautiful place to have food as you get all sorts of cuisine from North Indian to South Indian , continental, Chinese. And what not. Only disadvantage is during Sundays when when the places overcrowded and you might have to wait for very long for the food to be delivered. If possible avoid sundays to visit this place. It's well maintained and mostly cleaned but sometimes you might not find so due to heavy crowd as the place is quite big with just a few cleaning person.
