I had a good experience here initially, which is why I even took a 1-year membership. Unfortunately, the service quality has gone down with every visit. If you go when they are offering discounts, the staff seems to be in a hurry to finish, and the experience feels rushed. They also keep insisting on add-ons like hair spa or facial, and if you decline, they don’t put much effort into the haircut — it feels like they are just cutting for the sake of cutting. Overall, very average service now.

Best Salon in the town.. 1. You can avail here all type of services even a professional spa, beauty makeover etc 2. Ambience is very good, you can enjoy here 3. Snacks and Refreshments are also provided here 4. Staff is very experienced and humble even the owner are very good 5. Premium beauty products are also available here. 6. They have there own parking space and parking supervision is given

The store timing is mentioned as 10AM but no staff was here by 10:30, I could only encounter the security guard and the cleaner. I will be suggesting the time-edit for sure. The location of this salon is great but comes with a disadvantage of a crossroad nearby, the sound from the traffic might hamper your experience. There's no doubt, the salon looks very premium and so are the charges. ₹250 + taxes for just men's shaving is a tad bit expensive for Bareilly. IMPO ₹150 for shaving would've been a good start. Men haircut with wash at ₹300 is decent though. The service: The staff person finally arrived at 10:50, he gave me a foot massager which was a nice gesture. The shave was shave as it's everywhere, was I expecting anything different? Maybe the choice of after shave, at home I use Chanel on my ₹60 Gillette razor and in ₹295 I was indeed expecting better brands. The disappointment: Their outdoors said 20% off on all services but I read this later and these guys didn't give any offer or even the bill for the services. Do I recommend? :/ but with caution.
