Got my bridal makeup done 8 yrs back from christine and she did a horrible job. At the time of booking she acted very sweet and accommodating (ofcourse because she wanted the money) and told me that on the d day she will try different hairstyles on me and let me choose what will suit me however on my wedding day she was extremely rude and made faces when i asked her to change the hairstyle as i did not like the one she made. She started blaming it all on my selection of maang tika that only this hairstyle will suit. Isnt it the JOB of a so called make up artist to provide the client with what she needs especially on the most imp day of her life! In fact there were 2 other brides who were almost in tears bcz of this rude lady's behavior and they also did not like their makeup and hairstyle. We all started consoling each other about our looks. Christine didnt even give me any hair accessory and left my hair bun plain. Till date ( 8 yrs have past by) i regret booking her for the most spl day of my wedding. I should have gone to other parlours in banaras.
Worst experience on my engagement day. The hair styling they did was not at all proper. My hairs got open when I reached venue. And even the makeup was removed from lips nose and cheeks. My sister's have done their makeup too from this salon for my engagement and they faced the same issue. They tell something else about the price and when you reach there they unnecessarily increase the price. They are not at all professional. Very disappointed 😞
Due to some unforeseen circumstances my sister had to cancel the booking at this parlour. They did not return a single penny out of the 5000 Rs deposit we paid. So the lesson learned, never put any deposit here. The total cost was supposed to be 8500 out of which 5000 was paid in advance. After canceling they did not return a single penny. If I could I would rate their customer service and hospitality as 0. Learn business ethics.
