I had a really positive experience at the clinic run by Dr. Unmesh and Dr. Gautam Chakraverty. Both doctors are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and approachable. Dr. Unmesh, especially, is very calm and supportive, always taking the time to listen and help. The clinic itself is well-equipped with all the modern facilities needed for quality care. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ensures patients feel comfortable at every step. I truly appreciate the care and service provided—highly recommended to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate healthcare.
Dr. Unmesh Chakraverty sir is a very kind and proactive doctor. My mother was having a knee problem for which a Total Knee Replacement was the only solution . She was having a fear to get operated but Sir motivated her in such a way that she got ready for it happily. The operation is successful and she is very much pain free and relaxed now. Got online appointment using QR code , very convenient and can chose time as per convenience . Dr Gautam gave a lot of time and then Dr Umesh also saw my grandmother for KNEE pain ,she got Free knee replacement done under Ayushman scheme as it was not possible to afford the survey . The staff took lot of care and we are very happy
Good dotor bery nice behaviour. Good setup fororthopaedic and eye problems. Dr Gautam and dr Unmesh both took care of my relative for arthritia which was not diagnoaed anywherr else. He also had eye problem which dr radhika took care called uveitis.
After hearing a lot of names, I went to see Dr. Gautam, his fee was Rs. 1500, blood test Rs. 900, Xrey Rs. 300, Physiotherapist consultant Rs. 300 and in the name of medicines, I was given painkillers, supplements and gel. The doctor's arrival time is 11 am but it takes him 11:45 or 12 pm to come after seeing other patients. An appointment for the visit has been booked over the phone for 8 am.
