As a customer who has visited D'Granary multiple times due to its reputation, I feel compelled to share my profoundly negative final experience. The hygiene was appalling, with flies and mosquitoes visibly swarming the dining area, and our water bottle arrived without a cork, completely open and unhygienic. This lack of basic standards is unacceptable. Furthermore, every single visit follows the same frustrating pattern: we order items only to be told they are unavailable, and today was no exception. The service matched the poor conditions – the stewards were openly arrogant and rude, taking a staggering 40 minutes to serve a single pasta dish, which arrived tasting terrible. Between the consistent unavailability of menu items, the deplorable cleanliness, the shockingly bad service, and the inedible food, this restaurant has completely lost my trust. Avoid at all costs; this is not what a reputed establishment should deliver.
