I am extremely disappointed with the bridal makeup service provided for my wife. The overall experience was very poor and far below what we were promised or expected for such an important occasion. 1. Makeup Quality: The makeup was done carelessly and did not suit my wife’s skin tone or features. It looked very unprofessional, and honestly, even a beginner or part-time artist could have done a better job. 2. Hair Styling: The hair was styled badly and did not match the bridal look at all. It felt rushed and unfinished. 3. Professionalism: For the price charged, the service was nowhere near the standard. There was no attention to detail, no effort to make the bride look her best, and no willingness to listen to our suggestions. We trusted her for such a big day, but she delivered the lowest quality work. She charged a professional price but gave results that do not even deserve a single star. This is not just disappointing, but disheartening, as bridal makeup is once-in-a-lifetime. If I could, I would rate 0 stars. I do not recommend her services to anyone. Please think twice before booking.
