The hotel is supposed to be renovated, does that mean you inconvenience your paying customer. The bedsheets had stains. Was torn and old. The staff - the only good thing about the hotel- kept apologizing. But is that enough?
All the Rooms were dusty. The washroom is not clean and hygienic. Water taps leaking. Maintenance is very poor. The location is good, all the tourist attractions are within 2 to 5 kilometres. Training hall is very small. Food is so so.
Sirf naam ka 3 star hotel. The experience was not good, the bathroom condition was not good at all. The flush was not working we have used bucket to flush our waste. The toilet seat was also not clean (could not attached the photos 🤢🤮). Staff members were fighting with each other in the morning when I was there to pick a water bottle as the telephone was also not working. We have waited for 30+ plus minute for dirty towels, the quilts were also not clean. They have also shut down their restaurant, seems like they dont like to run this business any more.
Very poor service and quality the rooms are dirty. The bed has not been cleaned since ages and bathrooms are also very bad. Once we reached there we were in hurry to visit tajmahal but the hotel bathrooms had no water and we had to wait for 2 hours for water. There is no restaurant available in the hotel also when we ordered from swiggy we had to go to reception to pick it up. Neither delivery boy was allowed to come upstairs nor the hotel staff helped to deliver the order. I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel
Located about 5 Kms from Agra Cantt Railway Station, 11 Km from the Airport & 3 Km from The Taj Mahal (All within 10-30 Mins), it is situated on a respectable 30 feet main road with easy access but a tight parking. I surprisingly got an early checkin with an upgraded room, which is always a welcome. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was large, neat and nicely done. The room had windows with natural light coming in, and ofcourse curtains. It also had a seating area with two 2-seater sofas and a coffee table. The wash room was large but did not have standard Oyo toiletries barring a soap. But that didn’t matter, as I carry my own toiletries and I am sure if requested, I would have been provided the same. The bathroom towels were worn out but were neat and clean, again not a point to rate a hotel down unless I was rating it on par with 5 star hotel. Food. For everyone complaining about the high cost of food at the hotel, please be wary that almost all hotels/restaurants in Agra (Atleast within close proximity of Taj), luxury or medium, have food prices on the slightly higher end. Tea for Rs 50 & Coffee for Rs 60, a Sandwich between Rs 120-160, Dal for Rs 250-350 and a chicken dish between Rs 350-480, is standard. So Don’t complaint. My experience with food at the hotel was satisfactory and I was happy with the quality of the food. It was much better than other budget/Luxury restaurants serving the same food at the same cost but much lower quality. I dined at “A Pinch of Spice” (Good), “Good Vibes Café” (Average), “Moti Mahal (Below Hotel Rosewood)” (Pathetic, Seriously refrain) Room service was quick and efficient. Even the clearance was quick enough. Lift was neat and clean and well maintained. WiFi was operational and had good speed. Telephone was operational. Two 500 ml bottles of water complementary in room. Tea/Coffee maker in the room. Spacious cupboards. Mini Refrigerator (Though it was empty). Working Central Air Conditioning with wall mounted controls. It also had a split Air conditioner (Just in case I guess), Hot and cold running water could be an issue as in the day I did get hot water in the shower, but in the evening it was slightly lower than being just warm. I personally did not have an issue with this but some guests might have. Now for ratings. If I have to review this hotel on par with Luxury (5 Stars), Premium (3 & 4 Stars) and Budget I would rate it 4.07 for Luxury, 4.69 for Premium & 4.76 for Budget (With 5 being the highest rating and Zero being the lowest. Last but the not the least, For the price I paid, I would definitely let go off the minor issues that the hotel could have done better. Comparing it with other hotels in the same price range this was excellent. I would personally rate it 5. Would I book it again? Hell YES!!
