AVOID this place is all I can say! Such unprofessional demeanour! Does not even know how to cut hair! It was rush in the parlour the day I went, and I was ready to wait for some time if he had just told me to wait! But the person(the one who picks up when you call this number on their google page) he put me on one of the chairs and simply just cut off a whole bunch of my hair while holding a pony tail! WHAT SORT OF TRAINING DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN RECEIVE! I just sat there astounded as to what had happened! I politely said I am not okay with all this rush, its okay I will get my hair evenly done at some other place, paid 150 bucks and walked off! NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE!

The Yellow Balloon is very good. Their service is excellent, and they treated really well. Most of my services were done by Anuradha. She is very good at all the skincare treatments and did everything carefully and perfectly.

Recently I got my hair highlighted at the Yellow Balloon for my birthday and Sandhya understood exactly what I wanted! She is such a happy jolly girl, she makes the whole experience so much better just by being herself. And as I wanted my colour not to be too loud she did it in a very subtle way and later messaged me after a couple of days saying she saw my pictures and wasn’t too satisfied herself about how much the colour showed, so she asked me to visit the parlour again for another touch up. I was amazed by this approach of hers as till date I never came across any parlour who’d do that!! Usually when we’re not too satisfied with a service’s outcome, the parlours tend to only justify and establish that what we’ve got is the best and couldn’t have been any better! However, Sandhya’s approach was so very different that I was surprised and just told her that I’d visit once again as I too was not too sure about the appearance. After 2 weeks I visited The Yellow Balloon again and she brightened the colour just as promised. I’m sharing the picture after the second session. You can see how gorgeous my hair looks!
