I am completely dissatisfied with the nail extensions I received yesterday at Cocon Makeup Studio at bhootnath branch. It's very disappointing that one of them broke within just 12 hours. I will not return for future services.
Pathetic service. Got my extensions done from here, they said it would last for 1-1.5 months. In 10 days the chrome dust started getting faded and on the 15th day one of my nail came out. When I called and complained they simply said extensions do not last more than 15 days. Just scamming people with high charges. Gave me foolish excuses like it gapped due to nail growth. Were they not aware that nails grow within 5-6 days?? Very bad service
Earlier, I had a haircut from Mr. Raj, and it was excellent. Unfortunately, the second time I visited, he wasn’t available, so I got my haircut from another person (as Far as i know there is one raj and one another)— and the result was terrible. It has been almost six months, yet my hair still looks completely out of shape and very short. I can neither get it cut again to fix it nor do anything with it except look messy all the time. I cannot keep my hair open or tie it properly. I had clearly told him multiple times that I only wanted a trim, yet he cut my hair almost up to my ears. I repeatedly told him that I did not want short hair in the front because it looks very bad with my curly hair, but he did not listen. He acted oversmart and did what he wanted, which completely ruined my look. I am so irritated with my hairs all the time that now I want to write this review.

Very bad salon very bad service and receptionist is very very bad lady she didn't have manners, I don know what she is , I can't see such of leady in my life mere jaisa boss hoti to dakke marke bhar kar deti . Garbage salon
Very bad behaviour specially Radha, first of all aap log bat karna sikhao customer se she is always doing this very bad i'll suggest all the people please don't go there they will treat like aap to bas threading hi karwati hai . It means aap sare service whi se lo .
