i ordered truffle cake and the cake was okay but there were ants inside the box, how is this acceptable? Is this even sanitary? I ordered the cake from swiggy by the way so i dont know if its the bakery's fault or swiggy's but seriously no one wants to eat a cake which has ants crawling out of it. Really disappointing.
Why do you overdo the cream in every cake I have ordered. Everytime it's just cream and very little cake which kinda ruins the mood. Cakes are fresh but do start giving more cake and less cream so that it can be savoured. I don't think anyone would relish such excess cream without the cake part.
Very good and fresh cakes. Design of cakes are also quite attractive. The rates are also genuine. I am fond of their cakes and order all my cakes from Cakesman only. You can get all birthday related celebration stuffs also here. Sanjeev Gandhi who is the owner of this shop has been running this quality shop for many years. Delivery service also available.
It was a pleasant experience to visit the shop. The owner is humble and Customer friendly person. They have all the necessary items related to Bakery, Birthday, Choclates, Pastries, Buiscuits and all that. I had ordered 1 kg Butterscotch fondent cake but they mismanaged our cake design, we have ordered something else but they prepared a diffrent one which was looking odd. It ruined our mood of enjoyment. It was my first visit to this Bakery and may be last. Please pay attention to every customer sir even if you are at a boom of your Business. Ordered cake on Swiggy from them but there is a small but weird cut on the cake. Its Unaccepatable from such a reputed Shop. No mark on the box of Cake so total fault of Shopowner. This is my 2nd experience and this time also they ruined the Moment.
The cakes of this shop are really good in quality. Fresh ingredients are used here. We ordered various birthday cakes from here and almost always got satisfied with the quality and quantity. Thanks cakesman shop for delivering heritage medical science hosteliers at such a low and affordable cost.
