I got my hair straightened, of which I paid 6,000. After which I bought the post care shampoo and conditioner from a recognised departmental store. But after my first hair wash, my hair got as usual as they were before the treatment. And after complaining there fault they were not accepting it and were blaming the product, which they have prescribed.
