Amazing 🤩🤩🤩 boutique shop, I get my clothes earlier before the shopkeepers given time, the stitching cost is very cheap compared to other store. The customer service is Excellent. And the nature of staffs and shop owner is very good.

I would give zero stars because of the following 1.The blouse design I suggested and what I got have hell and heaven of difference 2. The pads were not even stitched to the blouse only the centre is attached 3.the lining cloth is so cheap that it will get ruined in one wash . Meaning it is gonna ruin my expensive blouse as well. 4. After receiving the blouse I tried contacting and called 6 times continously she was online at watsapp not didnt receive my call even once . On enquiring over watsapp said is busy and drop a message I asked for convenient time and no reply. First you ruin customers blouse then you dont respond as if u are scared to death to deal with customer coz you know what you have done. You charge 800 per blouse which is way more expensive as per banaras but yet you dont even use standard lining cloth. I very disappointed over the service. My friend recommended this boutique but I wont come back ever to this one. Certainly the reply you mentioned on this review shows how professional you are. Rather than getting in touch with me or trying to resolve issue you just kepe it simple and said it's fake review ..wow..claps to the customer service.
