This salon was a huge disappointment. They convinced me to buy coupons worth ₹1100, but when I went to use them, they told me I had to take a ₹250 service first, which they never mentioned earlier. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional as well. Honestly, I feel cheated. This salon is a total waste of money and time
This salon is completely unprofessional. They first sold coupons worth ₹1100, but when I went to redeem them, they said I must take a ₹250 service first, only then the coupon would be valid. They never mentioned this condition while selling the coupon. The staff’s behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. Overall, they just cheated me. A totally useless salon — a complete waste of money and time.
Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. The timing was ridiculous (they kept me waiting around forever) | left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there.The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. Although the experience was good, but the management head is really not good. Beware of money fraud in case of online payments. Else, the make up and the artist not very awsome but still good.
