Very disappointed with the makeup service. Nothing was professional at all. They overcharged for everything — ₹21,000 for my engagement makeup with no complimentary services. The makeup was not up to the mark and looked completely unprofessional. The nail extensions were also done very poorly. On my engagement day, my nails separated from the extensions — extremely careless and unacceptable. Even after taking such a huge amount, she still asked for ₹5,000 more. Please don’t spoil anyone’s special day with such unprofessional service. Totally disappointed.

I had my engagement makeup done yesterday, and I must say it was a very poor experience. First of all, the staff here is extremely rude and doesn’t even know how to talk properly. The hairstylist spoke to me very disrespectfully. Is this how you treat a girl on her engagement day? That is absolutely unacceptable. They charged me ₹12,000, and yet the makeup started coming off as soon as I began sweating. I really don’t understand what they charged so much money for if they couldn’t even make the makeup sweat-proof. On top of that, the hairstylist’s rude behavior made the experience even worse. When someone is spending this much money, they deserve not just good makeup but also respectful behavior. Very disappointed
