The drivers interrupt our family conversations. They said bad words and specifically said Kashi will teach you a lesson. No tourist would like this kind of behaviour. In general we found everyone in Kashi extremely good and sweet and helpful but this company drivers were rude and unceasingly interfering. They even fought with our hotel staff . One more thing, we reached hotel around 6 and wanted to leave for evening Ganga Aarti hotel people told us it starts at 6.30pm, apparently driver didn’t want to take us so misbehaved with hotel staff pointing fingers at them and saying don’t share false information if you don’t know it’s at 6 they will miss it. We attended Ganga Aarti next day and it did start at 6.45pm so driver cheats . The only reason we did not cancel was because we were with 85+ grandparents and being high tourist season we weren’t getting another car immediately so we kept shut and managed with them. Also he calls my husband 7-8 times just for asking full advance while back in hotel. Why do they disturb people after we are back in hotel?

Availed services of Big Cab Varanasi during my recent trip to Varanasi on 6th-10th December 2025. I contacted them before starting our trip and got detailed information of available cabs and tariff along with some useful suggestions. They have an excellent fleet of well maintained cabs and very professional drivers. Best part - none of the drivers asked for any tips- which was a pleasant surprise. Mr. Rahul was very accommodating with our silly demands (as we were travelling with kids and senior citizens) and never once objected to wait times or altered routes. We used their car from Banaras-Allahabad-Chitrakoot-Ayodhya trip. Good car, friendly driver. On time. Good service. However they charged extra while we asked them to visit Sarnath while starting from Banaras and did not reduce Sarnath kilometer. It was a bit odd and they did not explain it while booking. They used no commercial number plate car!

While returning from Benaras, our train got delayed and we had to reach Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay station late at night. We were six people, including our 86-year-old mother, and it was quite difficult to find a big car at the last moment. I just searched online and found a cab service number — and from there, everything was smooth and stress-free. We got a spacious car at a very reasonable price.
