Doctor is good but the hospital other staffs like helping staffs, billing, insurance and reception are very slow and doesn’t understand or listen. You keep requesting but they won’t listen and delay the process especially if you have health insurance then it will be a nightmare to get them upload documents and send for approval
Banaras Medicity Hospital is best hospital in Purvanchanchal. We are fully satisfied with Dr. Abhinav Sir treatment and advised. All staff are very coperative and promt response. Management are very very coperative and crystal all process. Once again thanks to all.
One of the worst hospital i ever visited in my life , My grandfather had a heart infection issue but the doctor knew it very well my grandfather wouldn't be able to live but they just give us hope and just charged over 1.4+ lakh in just 28-35 hours and I had been surprised when I wanted to apply Ayushman card but they just told me Ayushman portal is not working right now if it was then there should be a official notification but they had not in the end i would like to inform you please never visit in this hospital if you are in emergency case , now I regret why I had visited -(This lines for hospital think about life not money and you all are have big degree but don't have basic knowledge i shame you and i prefer to die but doesn't like to visit in this hospital )
