Worst food i have ever eaten. Yesterday during astami we went for family dinner and we ordered mashroom and kulcha and by eating that my mom got food poisoning and entire durga poja got wasted. The price are high and Yesterday after having food we understood the food quality was worst. I will never go

Worst dining experience. We had special guests coming for an alliance from the South, so we gave our food list and clear instructions in the afternoon itself, asking everything to be prepared fresh and tasty. But they completely ignored it. We ordered 4 biryanis, 9 rotis, 4 dal, 4 baby corn dishes, 9 manchow soups, and other starters – not a single item was good. The biryani was the worst I’ve ever had: bland, no flavor, no aroma, just plain rice. The dals, rotis, starters, and soups were equally disappointing. Our guests were very unhappy and extremely disappointed, and the whole dinner was spoiled. For a bill of ₹9,000+, this was absolutely not worth the money. The staff seemed only focused on making money and afraid of management, but had zero care for quality or customer satisfaction. They ignored our requests and feedback, which ruined the evening. Definitely not recommended for family dinners, gatherings, or any special occasion. Better to avoid this place altogether.

Overall satisfactory food and service. Usually the place is full of ISM students on weekends. The atmosphere is good and the seats are comfortable. Food menu is good with an above average taste. Quantity in one portion is sufficient for two people. Location is one of the prime locations in Dhanbad and there will be no issues in finding the place.
