⭐ 1 Star – Fraudulent and Unethical Hospital Please do not visit this hospital. It operates like a scam. We were assured that my sister’s treatment would be completely free under the Ayushman Bharat card, with only ₹3,000–₹4,000 as extra charges. Based on this assurance, we admitted her. After admission, the hospital claimed ₹71,000 under the Ayushman card (confirmation message was received on my registered number). Once the claim was processed, they suddenly demanded ₹3.5 lakh for medical items to be purchased from outside, which was never disclosed earlier. When we refused to pay this amount, no treatment was provided, and instead they generated a ₹20,000 bill for just two days of hospitalization, without proper explanation. This is a clear case of fraud, misinformation, and unethical medical practice. I am taking this matter to the Consumer Court. Strongly warning everyone: stay away from this hospital.

Arvachin Hospital Review – Varanasi Arvachin Hospital is undoubtedly one of the good options in Varanasi for child delivery. There are several aspects worth mentioning based on my experience. 1. Staff and Nurses: The nursing staff and hospital employees are excellent in their behavior and approach. They are polite, cooperative, and always maintain a positive attitude with a smile while performing their duties. Their dedication and care towards patients are truly commendable. 2. Doctors: The doctors are skilled and experienced in their respective fields. However, I feel they should spend a little more time with patients—especially expecting mothers, both before and after delivery. Apart from that, their conduct and medical expertise are appreciable. 3. Payment and Charges: In terms of cost, the hospital is on the expensive side. Those who have corporate health insurance or government schemes like the Ayushman Card can consider this hospital. While the charges are high, the facilities and services provided are also of good quality. I would suggest ensuring you have sufficient financial support or backup before opting for Arvachin Hospital. 4. Canteen and Food: The hospital canteen maintains hygiene standards well and offers a decent variety of food. However, I would recommend improving the taste of the meals. Their effort in packaging and maintaining cleanliness is good, but enhancing the flavor would make the experience even better. Suggestions: Post-Delivery Celebration: The hospital organizes a small cake-cutting ceremony after delivery, which includes the mother, father, baby, relatives, staff, and doctors. While the thought is wonderful, the execution feels rushed. I would suggest making this celebration more meaningful—spending at least 20–25 minutes instead of a brief 3–4 minutes. Doctors and staff could take a few moments to interact with the parents, see the newborn, and make them feel truly valued for choosing the hospital. Behavior in the Operation Theatre: During my wife’s first delivery, she experienced suffocation and discomfort. Unfortunately, the doctor present shouted at her, saying, “Delivery krwane aayi ho ya mazak krne?” This kind of behavior is unacceptable. A doctor should show empathy and patience, especially with a mother in labor. If someone cannot treat patients with care, it’s better to reconsider their role. Such incidents can deeply impact the patient and their family. Location: The hospital is located near DPS School, Akhri Bypass. While there aren’t many food stalls nearby, the location itself is decent and accessible. Overall Rating: Overall, I am satisfied with Arvachin Hospital’s services. I would have rated it a 5, but due to the inappropriate behavior of one doctor, I am giving it a 4 out of 5.

I want to share my experience. Arwanchin is best hospital for treatment and it's in budget friendly hospital. All the doctors and their compounders are well behaved. It's very clean hospital I say specially food counter.

I had a mixed experience here. The doctors in the emergency room were excellent and clearly skilled at their jobs. I felt I was in good hands with them. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed to have no coordination, leading to confusion and delays. It felt like one department didn’t know what the other was doing. The most unbelievable part was at the emergency billing counter, where I was forced to wait for nearly 7 minutes while the staff carried on a personal conversation, ignoring me completely. This is simply unacceptable when someone is there for an emergency.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The services provided were far below expectations — delays, lack of proper communication, and a generally unprofessional attitude from the staff. On top of that, there were several unusual and unexplained charges added to the final bill. Despite asking for a breakdown, I received no proper clarification. It felt like they were more focused on making money than actually caring for patients. Not recommended unless you want to deal with frustration, lack of transparency, and poor service.
