Horrible behaviour of the staff and the owner. Thankgod we didn’t pay and spent a single penny on their terrible collections. Oh, they just showed us ‘one’ design and expected us to pay for that in advance. Never ever visit this store, such ill mannered people. Waste of time and money. Please read the other reviews too, they’re completely genuine for sure and don’t trust this store and ruin your BIG and special day for such crappy people.
Very unprofessional and disappointing boutique store in Guwahati. Please read my honest feedback before ordering anything from this store. Because you are about to spent a lot of money in their dresses. The story goes like this: I order a dress on 28 Sept 2024, and asked for a minor change on 4th Oct 2024. They said it was possible for the change. But on 10th Nov 2024 (just 5 days before delivery), they informed that the change was not possible and the design that was fixed on the day of order was not done. Rather a new design was incorporated. Anyway I took the dress but upon receiving the dress, I found colour pattern changes (the dress didn't have a uniform colour throughout). I told them about the issue and they replied "It happens because of weaving at times". In addition to that, the rude behaviour of the Owner was another disappointment. So please think before going here!!

Terrible behavior of sales person not even bothered about showing the collection additionally not knowledgeable at all. Never going back to this store. Don't know what they expect. Just the fancy showroom, no catalog for material or design, no professionalism.
