Great place for shopping

I am editing my review because the owner Mr. Ankur is a decent and respectful person. He called me up the same day and not only apologised on behalf of his staff's attitude but offered to give me the cap I was looking for. I encourage everyone to shop from Mr. Ankur's store, you will find all good and quality products here. Thank you. Older review --- I visited the shop yesterday which was Dec 3, 2020 to get winter caps for my 2 kids and accordingly purchased 2 caps. Upon reaching home found that one of the cap was a bit smaller so I called the shop and requested the owner to please exchange the cap with the one which is slightly bigger size. The owner was kind enough to accept my request and informed me that he will have the bigger cap separated out for me and that I can come and pick it up at a convenient time. I visited the shop again the next day which is today and informed the owner (this time a different person was there, not the person to whom I spoke a day before) about the reason for my visit, and accordingly the staff started to search for the cap which was kept separately for me to pick up by the other owner. But the staff were not able to find that cap, instead they presented me with a different cap for which I was in dilemma whether it will fit my kid. I requested one of the staff to please check thoroughly or speak to the other owner once. I was shocked to hear his reply "check ker liya hai, yehi kaam nahi hai ki din bhar aapki cap dhoondte rahen". I objected to the language but he kept talking in the same rude tone. I complaint to the owner present at that time but instead of reprimanding the staff he appeared to take his side. I am taking time to narrate all this just so that other customers are informed of how they are going to be treated once they visit this Shop. I am never going to return back here again, but at the same time have no ill will for the shop owners. Just want to request them to make sure customers are not humiliated in their shop. Please don't take customers for granted treat them with respect and dignity. Thank you.

Being regular customer last I asked them for some complimentary gift they handed me a tiny perfume sampler which is already distributed by westside to their customers ☹️ otherwise they have pretty good range of undergarments

Great selection of clothes for every age group, be it kids, young, and eldery people for both men and women. A very co-operative and friendly staff understanding the needs of the consumer. Overall a great shopping experience everytime we visit this store!!
