Poor service and unprofessional staff at Al Shagufta Makeovers. Overpriced for mediocre quality—makeup was patchy, hairstyling rushed, and hygiene questionable. Long delays despite appointments. Staff was rude and dismissive of concerns. No refunds for botched services. Would not recommend; better salons available for the price. Save your money and time!
