I had one of the worst experiences at this salon. To begin with, the place itself is extremely unhygienic – the moment you enter, there is a strong foul smell, almost like an open gutter. It is very uncomfortable and honestly shocking that a service-based business dealing with people’s grooming and personal care does not maintain even basic cleanliness. Secondly, the way they handle pricing is very unprofessional. Instead of having a clear and transparent rate card, they look at the client and then decide how much to charge. This is not only unfair but also shows how little integrity they have in running their business. A salon should have fixed charges for services, not adjust prices depending on who walks in. The overall environment is far from relaxing – it feels neglected, poorly maintained, and definitely not a place where anyone would want to spend time or money. Hygiene, honesty, and professionalism are the bare minimum expectations from a salon, and unfortunately, this place fails miserably in all three. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place if they care about their health, money, and basic respect as a customer.
